I Hate Public Speaking

The video itself explains many things.  It tells us the many different symptons of stage fright.  Even the musics' tone makes us feel as if there is no cure for fear of speaking in front of an audience.  It tells us that some of those things are just little things that only we notice and that we are actually doing better than we think we are.  The singer tells us that no matter how many obastacles seem to be in our way, we can always finish strong and soar above our own expectations of ourselves.  Then at the end it gives us nice link to a website that could help us get over our fears.  We learn from this video that no matter how boring the subject, if you add catchy soul music to it, then it all seems almost interesting.  Throw in a very choppy powerpoint and you turn it into free entertainment on Youtube. 

Twin

  I have an identical twin.  My twin is someone that I can always to trust to understand what I say and how I feel.  He will always be my best friend.  We look almost exactly alike.  We think similar, but not the same.  We both have different levels of patience, we are not the same in smarts either.  He is better with words and reading.  I am better at math and speaking.  Sometimes we even share a telepathy link.  I look at him and he thinks the same thing.  Someimes he's in one side of the house and comes into the room humming a song.  Strangely I will be thinking of that song!  It's not a gift we can turn off and on, but it happens every now and then.  Switching places in class is always fun as well.

Kinda Nerdy

   I like to play video games.  I'm not afraid to say it and I don't really care if someone on the internet thinks it's nerdy.  Whether you have an 360, PS3, Wii, PC, Mac, handhelds, or even an early generation gaming system it's all just fun.  Doesn't matter if your into CoD, Mario Kart, WoW, or an indie game like Minecraft, you all are gamers.  Casual or hardcore, family or solo, we all like to play our way.  When I was young, all I had was a Playstation 1 and a Gameboy Advance, no light.  I played all of the games that I had until I had beaten all of the games at every difficulty and unlocking everything possible.  Now I have new systems and new games, but I only play maybe every other night.  Comment and PUT DOWN YOUR FAVORITE GAME!

UFC

    Not only is the UFC the coolest thing on TV since Ice Age, it also has a totally different side than the cock fighting that outsiders see it as.  Most of these fighters have great respect for one another and devote their lives to training for the next fight.  They have an amount of drive and self control that is just amazing.  With every fight, you lay it all on the line.  The months of training, the millions of fans, the prize money, and ultimately, your career.  If you lose too many times, they may drop you.  UFC is just the name of the organization.  MMA is the proper name of the sport.  Mixed Martial Arts is the new sport sensation.  It has spawned shows such as UFC, Ultimate Fighter, Bellatore Fighting Competion, Pride Fighting, and Bully Beatdown!  Especially if you are a fighter, whether that be wrestling, boxing, or any other martial art, you can understand what these guys go through.  This sport has taught me respect, how to analyze someones movements, and most importantly, how to fight!

Pack Part 1: Coming this October!

        Pack is the first in depth story I have ever made.  I guess you could say it is a short story.  The main idea is to make it into a video game, but the new Rage game by i.d. is somewhat similar.  Most stories I write are for homework and I don't have alot of heart in them.  This story was different.  After the first part is posted I will continue working on Part 2.  To give you a quick run down, Part 1 is about a group of survivors hiding in a barn from the monsterous mutants outside.  It will explain what caused the apocalypse and will introduce you to alot of the enemies and game mechanics.  I tried to make it feel similar to the intro of the Left 4 Dead game, cudoes Valve!  I'm not sure when in October, but it will be a sweet Halloween special!  Please comment.

Me and Soccer

       Soccer is my favorite sport.  I have been playing it for as long as I can remember.  I was never amazing at football or basketball, but I enjoyed playing soccer.  Now I play soccer with just about any free time I have!  I usually play as a midfield or striker.  You have to have quick feet and a strong and accurate kick if you want to move the ball up the field and eventually put it in the back of the net.  As much as I like playing soccer it is boring to watch on TV.  I only watch it so that I can learn new tricks and set ups.  And I don't want to hear anyone saying that their sport is better.  Anyone who plays a sport that they enjoy will support their sport no matter what.  So please just comment on what your favorite sport is and maybe a cool fact like your best score or position.
